We want you to love your experience with the Cozy Band. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at 📧 infomyaviris@gmail.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us.
